This outdoor double-seater swing is handmade using prime quality dried oak wood for maximum durability. Designed for two persons, this heavy-duty swing provides a comfortable and secure ride, thanks to its six-degree angle.
The frame consists of two-inch square oak with large tenon and mortise cross beams, while the slats have been joined invisibly with tenon and mortise joints. It comes with three 3 x 3.5m strands of 20mm polyhemp rope, two of which are spliced onto the swing and the third to provide a middle grip, this rope can easily be removed for single riders. Additional rope can be added as an option. In addition, this swing is certified by FSC from managed and sustainable forests.
You can get engraving of a symbol (such as leaves, stars or hearts) on one or more slats. The swing also comes with heavy-duty rope adjusting blocks and instructions on care and safety, making it an ideal choice for outdoor fun.
This is a substantial and heavy swing designed and made by myself to order. Lead times for this swing will be longer than my other swings due to the time needed to make. I can engrave on one (included in price) or more of the slats using deep 'v' cnc engraving. Swing comes with two heavy duty rope adjusting blocks to make hanging easy.
