Solid oak memorial plaque with a hand made ceramic poppy.
The plaque is hand made by myself using FSC certified European Oak. The ceramic poppy is also hand made and is securely held to the plaque by a screw which allows the poppy to be perfectly positioned.
Upon ordering I will request information from yourself to allow me to make the tribute. After gaining your approval from a supplied proof I then set this onto vellum bond 120g display paper and display it inside the plaque.
A name can be engraved into the oak as shown in the images or "Lest we Forget" can be chosen if preferred. The name and the soldier silhouette can be painted in black or black soldier and red text as an option.
Please note that the poppy supplied is not a Tower of London Poppy.
